For many years the foundry has been producing a wide range of casting parts of the following materials:

-         Straight carbon steel according to DIN 1681, BDS 3492
-         Low-alloyed steel according to DIN 17182, BS 3100, BDS 6550-86
-         Stress relief steel according to DIN 17205
-         Steel for vessels under pressure according to EN 10213-2
-         Stainless steel according to EN 10283, DIN 17445, BDS 9631-72 
-         High-temperature tool steel GX38CrMoV5-1, adapted to DIN 17350
-         Heat proof steel according to DIN 17465
-         Grey cast iron according to EN 1561, BDS 1799-74
-         Ductile cast iron according to EN 1563, BDS 6990-84
-         Wear resistant cast iron according to DIN, BS 434, GOST or technical requirements of the customers
-         Heat resistant cast iron according to DIN, GOST or technical requirements of the customers

The production range of Metakom AD also includes decorative exterior items and castings, such as garden benches, chimney pieces/fire places, pavement poles, lamp posts, brackets and many others, as determined by customer documentation and specific requirements.

The company is able to cast parts from 5.00 kg up to 5-6 tons single weight depending on the configuration of each specific item. It has an automatic moulding line and area for hand moulding of single and big dimensions parts.
